Here are some routines and tips for what you need to take care of before receiving a visiting researcher.

Think of where the guest will sit! If ROBIN has limited space, Jørn Hagerup may be able to help with a guest office.
Remember to inform Cecilie about the visitor and where he/she will sit.
For longer stays, it may be relevant to register the guest in UiO's system. I'm not sure what is the limit, but apparently, three months is not long enough.
