Here are some routines and tips for what you need to take care of before receiving a visiting researcher.

- Think of where the guest will sit! If ROBIN has limited space, Jørn Hagerup may be able to help with a guest office.
- Remember to inform Cecilie about the visitor and where he/she will sit.
- For longer stays, it may be relevant to register the guest in UiO's system. I'm not sure what is the limit, but apparently, three months is not long enough.
