  • Combine the code from the old GA framework with the new test/evaluation framework.
  • Start work on including the rSGM algorithm in the framework.

  • Combined the code into one project.
    • Faster evaluations with greatly reduced disc access.
    • However, some parameter combinations crash the algorithm which leads to corrupted GA-state as they now share the same process.

  • Find good parameters for local search (eval periods, iterations)
  • Start planning how to make it lamarckian, control only (for now?)

  • Read a little about Mann Whitney U test/Wilcoxon rank sum test
