- Remove parameters from setup, implementasjon etc.
- Making arguments output to the test folders - config.
- combining multiple runs to graphs (after I a good mutation rate, can also draw mutation rates. )
- Time the runs.
Accounting
- Removed some of the parameters from setup, implementasjon etc.
- Config file is made for every test folder with the different configuration
- Ran 5 runs of each config to find out which configs I should use
- Wanted to run the one large run with specific config, but hpc pc was taken all day.
- Have it, but wanted to run it on the hpc.
