• Run experiment one, altering mutation rates throught runs
• Write more in depth about methods and start writing about previous work
• Add a bounding box feature descriptor

Accounting

• Created a requirements file and cleaned git for use on hpc.
• Changed setup so cfgs can be edited for runs.
