The intention for this page is to contain advice or pointers to advice on making 3D-models for printing.
General advice
- Make sure you have ways to remove unwanted support or unused material.
- The use of support and the presence of excess material vary between different printing technologies.
- Tolerances should be set according to the printing technology.
- 0.2mm is minimum tolerance for our FDM printer
