Budget

• Run experiment one, altering mutation rates throught runs
• Write more in depth about methods and start writing about previous work
• Add a bounding box feature descriptor

Accounting

• Got access to the hpc
  • Need to make requirements.txt
  • Use scp to transfer locally stored files after run (since files are overwritten there is a limit to stored results)
  • Do I scp the project over to hpc?
• Writing needs work
